Terms
These terms describe the current Cadence service model, billing authorization and account responsibilities.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Service
Cadence is operated by C.S. Assets LLC. Cadence helps users schedule small recurring charges on cards they choose to keep active.
Cadence is not a bank, lender, credit repair organization, credit counseling agency, financial advisor, tax advisor or law firm.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. You may use Cadence only for cards and payment methods you are authorized to use.
Cadence may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inactive, legally restricted or inconsistent with the Prohibited Use Policy.
Card setup and activation
Cards are collected through Stripe. Cadence does not store raw card numbers or CVC values. Saving a card does not activate billing.
When you activate a card, you authorize Cadence to charge that selected card at the selected cadence and displayed amount. Activation schedules the first charge for the next eligible billing date shown in the app.
Cadence may create off-session Stripe PaymentIntent charges after activation using the saved payment method. You can cancel future Cadence charges for an active card from the app.
Pricing and refunds
Prices are shown before activation and are charged per active card. Future charges can be canceled anytime before they are processed.
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
No guarantees
Cadence does not guarantee issuer behavior, card retention, credit limit decisions, rewards, account status, credit report treatment or credit score changes.
