Payment abuse

• Using stolen, unauthorized or synthetic payment methods.
• Testing cards, card numbers or issuer authorization behavior.
• Manufactured spending, rewards abuse or issuer-rule circumvention.
• Misrepresenting identity, ownership or authorization.

Service abuse

• Botting, scraping, credential attacks or automated abuse.
• Interfering with Cadence, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel or other providers.
• Using Cadence for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or high-risk activity.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting Cadence without permission.

Enforcement

Cadence may reject, suspend, cancel or terminate activity that appears to violate this policy, applicable law, card network rules or provider acceptable use policies.
