Refund Policy
This policy explains how Cadence handles cancellations, completed charges and charge questions.

Cancellations
You can cancel future Cadence charges for an active card from the app. Cancellation stops future scheduled Cadence charges for that card after it is processed.
Completed charges
Completed charges are generally non-refundable unless Cadence determines that a charge was made in error or a refund is required by law. Cadence may grant refunds at its discretion.
Payment issues
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact Cadence before initiating a dispute so the support team can investigate and respond quickly.
