Is Cadence free to sign up for?
Yes. You can create an account and add cards without activating billing.
When does billing start?
Billing starts only after you activate a card and agree to the recurring charge.
Are cards active immediately after I add them?
No. Cards are inactive by default.
When are cards charged?
Active cards are charged on the 1st of the applicable billing month based on the selected cadence.
Does Cadence store my credit card number?
No. Card details are handled by Stripe. Cadence stores limited metadata and Stripe payment method IDs.
Does this guarantee my card will stay open?
No. Issuer policies vary, and Cadence cannot guarantee that any card issuer will keep an account open.
Does Cadence improve my credit score?
Cadence does not provide credit repair, credit counseling or financial advice. It does not guarantee score changes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel future charges from your dashboard.
