Billing questions

For billing issues, include the charge date, amount and the last four digits shown in Cadence. Cadence can investigate saved-card activation, cancellation and scheduled charge records.

Advice limits

Cadence support cannot provide legal, tax, credit, financial or issuer-specific advice. Cadence also cannot guarantee how an issuer will treat card activity.
